Due to insurance regulations, the only stipulation is that all riding and horse handling participants must have current Horse Council of BC, Canadian Icelandic Horse Federation or the Alberta Equine Federation insurance coverage. Note: For the purpose of this online auction and in agreement with our insurance provider, no auction item shall include a horse being provided by a BCHBC member. **This does not include an offering from a commercial operator.
